The result of Zhan Zhao’s straight forward confession of love was that Bai Yutang held him all night. Because they still had to work the next day, Bai Yutang was tolerant. He rubbed against Zhan Zhao and softly muttered into his ear “Cat… If you want my life, you owe me this meal first. Make up for it after we solve this case.”

Zhan Zhao couldn’t laugh or cry.

Early the next morning, Bai Chi and Zhao Zhen returned to the villa. They were a little dumbfounded when they entered the yard and saw the remnants of the chaos from the night before.

“Xiao Chi Chi!” The twins went over to gossip with Bai Chi, “Last night was so thrilling!”

“Really?” Bai Chi lowered his head in frustration, feeling disappointed that he wasn’t able to be part of the action. However, he didn’t know that he would have had no use if he was there.

Zhao Zhen got out of the car with Lisbon. When he was about to enter the villa, he saw Zhao Jue walking out of the villa with his hands in his pockets. Although he had been prepared, Zhao Zhen was still slightly stunned as he looked at Zhao Jue. Bai Chi, who was next to him, also noticed Zhao Jue.

“Heh…” Zhao Jue reached his hand out and patted his head. Lisbon rubbed against him, then turned and ran into the villa to find Bai Chi and Zhan Zhao.

Zhao Zhen and Zhao Jue stood next to each other for a while. Zhao Zhen turned around and was about to go into the villa, but he was gently pulled by Zhao Jue. Zhao Zhen was taken aback, Zhao Jue grabbed his hand and put something in it.

Zhao Zhen held the item and looked at Zhao Jue in confusion.

Zhao Zhen stuffed the item into his pocket. He frowned as he thought about it, then turned around and entered the villa.

After everyone woke up, they got busy packing. Bai Jintang’s private plane stopped at a private airport close to the villa and waited for them. Everyone got onto the plane and flew to Rome to meet up with the local police. The two werewolves that were caught last night were also chained up and sent on the plane for later interrogation.

SCI was already quite famous because of Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang. This time, they successfully captured two werewolves and thwarted WOLF’s surprise attack, which has caused quite a stir in the European police circle.

When the group got off the pane, Mason, the sergeant in charge of the case, had brought two assistants, Alina and Kraft, with him to greet them at the airport.

This time, there were too many people involved, so Bai Jintang cleared his entire villa in Rome and dedicated it as the headquarters for everyone handling the case. As a result, the people were divided into four groups; Bai Yutang, Zhan Zhao, and Ouyang Chun followed Mason back to the police station to greet the higher-ups; Bai Chi, Luo Tian, Ma Han, and Zhao Hu followed Alina to the police station to gather all of the information about the case; the twins, Wang Chao, and Zhang Long escorted the two werewolves back to the villa to guard them; and Bai Jintang, Gongsun, Zhao Zhen, Zhao Jue, Jiang Ping, and Kraft went to the villa to prepare for everyone to come back.

Bai Yutang and the others had a basic exchange at the police station. The procedures went smoothly and they gained a lot of information, seeing that it was Interpol that facilitated the cooperation between the different police forces and WOLF has offended everyone.

“WOLF acted again last night.” Mason drove Bai Yutang, Zhan Zhao, and Ouyang Chun as they left the police station together. “Let’s stop by and take a look. It was a small casino that was attacked.”

Bai Yutang and Zhan Zhao looked at each other with a strange feeling. WOLF had just launched a large attack at them last night, how did they organize another operation for the same night?

Soon, the car stopped at the door of a hotel. It was a four-story luxury hotel, but the top floor was visibly burnt black. As they walked into the hotel, Mason showed his police badge to the receptionist. Before he could speak, he heard someone behind him grin and say “I didn’t think I would see you here. Both Bai Yutang and Zhan Zhao felt that this voice was familiar. As they looked back, they both wanted to die; it was Eugene.

Eugene touched his chin. He looked at Bai Yutang and Zhan Zhao, then over at Mason and Ouyang Chun, and nodded, “I must admit that SCI is the highest-ranking police force in the world in terms of appearance.”

Everyone was stunned. Ouyang Chun and Mason looked at each other. Ouyang Chun was in his thirties and looked square, and Mason was in his thirties and looked crooked. The two looked back at Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang. The two were in their twenties and were handsome; they had both the face and the figure. Only then did they notice that both the guests and the staff around them had all long been attracted by the two. The natural artistic genes of Italians made it seem as if they were admiring two works of art.

Both Ouyang Chun and Mason coughed helplessly, their self-esteem a bit injured.

“Why are you here?” Bai Yutang asked Eugene.

“This hotel belongs to Leonard?” Zhan Zhao asked Eugene.

Bai Yutang and Zhan Zhao raised their eyebrows, as if asking “You two separated?”

Eugene smiled, “This is my private business.”

“Can we go and see the scene?” Mason asked Eugene.

“Sure.” Eugene led the group to the scene. “This is the third casino that has been destroyed this month. In total, five of my brothers have died…” With that, Eugene glanced at Mason, “I hope you can solve this case quickly. Boss is almost at his limit. If he really goes crazy one day, he might do something really bad.”

Mason sighed and nodded, “I understand.”

The group got out of the elevator and arrived at the casino. They saw that the walls had been burnt to a disastrous level, but the frantic scene from last night could still be vaguely seen. Zhan Zhao slowly stepped into the casino to observe the scene.

“You weren’t here last night?” Bai Yutang asked Eugene, “If it was just the werewolves, you should have been able to easily deal with one or two.”

Zhan Zhao was silent for a while, “Let me see the video.”

“This way.” Eugene took the group to the security room and asked the employees to pull up the video.

Everyone watched the video. After a while, they heard Bai Yutang say, “WOLF didn’t do it, this is a group of people posing as them.”

“What?” Mason looked at the two with a look of astonishment.

Zhan Zhao nodded, “It’s true.”

“Oh? Why do you say that?” Eugene asked Zhan Zhao with interest while sitting down on the table.

“What WOLF pursues is a sense of horror. The corpses and the blood all over the floor highlight their destructive power and lethality.” Zhan Zhao explained. “For wolves, blood stains are the most beautiful thing. Once the fires are set, the red no longer exists and the black that is left behind does not fit their aesthetics.”

Eugene blinked and looked at Bai Yutang. Ouyang Chun and Mason looked at each other before looking at Bai Yutang too.

Bai Yutang reluctantly said “The technique is different; WOLF is more professional, their skills are better, and the people are a little more perverted.”

“In addition…” Zhan Zhao looked at Eugene, “WOLF is hired to do business. Generally, they only kill their target, not random people. Killing non-targets, who would do business with them in the future?”

Eugene nodded, “Well, that does make sense. This is indeed different from the last two.”

“Then who posed as WOLF to do this?” Mason wondered, “Who would do it?”

Mason and Ouyang Chun went back to the Interpol headquarters to complete some formalities and Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang decided to return to Bai Jintang’s villa alone.

The two walked to a square in Rome. Bai Yutang pulled out a map and looked at it while Zhan Zhao waited. Five minutes later, Bai Yutang pointed to one of the locations and told Zhan Zhao “Let’s go to this place later.”

“En.” Zhan Zhao nodded. The two walked for a while and stopped a taxi.

The taxi drove towards Bai Jintang’s villa. The driver was very enthusiastic and asked if the two were Chinese. Bai Yutang nodded to him, and the driver replied with a smile “Chinese people are really good-looking.”

Zhan Zhao looked at the scenery outside the window and Bai Yutang paid attention to the road signs from time to time.

After turning a corner and driving about three-hundred meters, there was a straight road leading directly to Bai Jintang’s villa. Bai Yutang said to the driver, “Stop driving.”

The driver stepped on the brake and looked at Bai Yutang in surprise. “There is still some distance until the destination. You can’t catch another taxi here.”

“I understand.” Bai Yutang nodded and took a pistol out of his clothes.

Oh… My goodness!” The driver yelled in fright.

“Don’t be afraid.” Bai Yutang waved to him. He reached out and gave money to the driver, saying “Keep driving forward and stop at the villa.”

After he spoke, he disengaged the safety of the pistol and handed it to Zhan Zhao, “Cat, if he doesn’t stop at the villa or if there are pests along the way, shoot him.”

“Yutang?” Zhan Zhao looked at Bai Yutang in a puzzled manner.

Bai Yutang took out an FN Five-seveN that Bai Jintang gave him yesterday. He disengaged the safety and smiled at Zhan Zhao, “This gun is known to be the strongest pistol in history. It fires 20 rounds without delay and has a range of 300 meters. I have wanted to try it for a long time.” (Angel: the FN Five-seveN is a semi-automatic pistol)

The driver was sitting in the front, making a cross and chanting the Virgin Mary.

At that time, Zhan Zhao heard the sound of a car’s engine coming from behind them. Bai Yutang got out of the taxi and said to the driver, “Drive!”

The driver hesitated, Bai Yutang raised his gun and fired a shot into the sky. The driver hurriedly stepped on the gas pedal in fear and drove forward.

“Xiao Bai!” Zhan Zhao yelled. Bai Yutang stood in the middle of the road and stretched his hand out to wave at him, indicating that he should not worry.

Sure enough, it didn’t take long for two black Jeeps to turn the corner. They saw Bai Yutang standing in the middle of the road with a gun in his hand. The two drivers hurriedly stepped on the gas pedal.

Bai Yutang smiled coldly, “You think that the pistol won’t reach you two-hundred meters away?” He smiled and raised the gun.

“He has a Five-seveN!” someone in one of the Jeeps’ yelled, “Turn around!”

The Jeeps immediately started reversing. However, at the same time, two Jeeps drove up behind them and the four Jeeps collided. It became a mess instantly.

Zhan Zhao could clearly see them from the taxi. Knowing that this was an ambush, he quickly pulled out his cell phone and called Bai Jintang, “Brother, we were ambushed at the bottom of the mountain and Yutang is holding them off. Send someone to help him!”
