Exclusive Model for the Top Painter Chapter 26

Sensitive Forbidden Romance

Ji Xiuyuan actually invited him to sleep with him???

Liang Jin suspected he was hearing things. He remembered that he had been told by Morgana that Ji Xiuyuan was very concerned about privacy and insisted on maintaining a safe social distance from all people. How come he wanted to sleep together when he was here?

Ji Xiuyuan kept looking at him, as if waiting for his reply.

Liang Jin asked, "Ji Shen, are you sure you want to sleep together?"

"What does it matter?" Ji Xiuyuan's tone was calm: "It's not like we haven't slept together."

Liang Jin almost choked to death at those words, "Who have you slept with? Can't you talk properly?"

Ji Xiuyuan smiled, "There is nothing wrong with what I just said, neither in terms of grammar, nor in terms of factual content."

Liang Jin wanted to go back to university to retake logic and debate. He simply lay down on the bed and pulled the blanket over his head, "I can't beat you, I'm going to sleep."

Ji Xiuyuan lay beside him, "Share half of the blanket with me."

Liang Jin poked his head out, "Isn't there another bed over there?"

"The one over there doesn't suit my aesthetic style." Ji Xiuyuan lifted the blanket and wrapped Liang Jin in his arms: "Go to sleep."

The two were so close together, and Liang Jin's hands were sweating nervously.

If he raised his eyes a little, he could see Ji Xiuyuan's face as he rested with his eyes closed.

The warmth of his breath and the sound of his heart beating intertwined in the silence of the night.

His body was a refreshing spring, and mixed with his hormonal breath, it put him in a trance.

How could he possibly fall asleep???

Liang Jin closed his eyes on the surface, but in reality, his mind was playing scenes of the two of them together.

Each scene was so vivid that the more he thought about it, the harder it was to sleep.

It would be better not to look at his face, Liang Jin thought, so he planned to turn over and turn his back to Ji Xiuyuan.

When he turned around, he was not careful and tugged at the waistband of Ji Xiuyuan's pyjamas, almost untying his clothes, and Liang Jin hastily apologised, "Sorry, I just turned over."

Ji Xiuyuan wrapped his arms around his waist, his voice a little suppressed, and whispered, "Stop making trouble, go to sleep early."

"Oh okay." Liang Jin closed his eyes again, why did he feel as if Ji Shen wasn't feeling well either?

If that was the case, why did he want to sleep together?

However, with his back to him, the psychological pressure greatly subsided and he was able to fall asleep right away.

In the middle of the night, Liang Jin was sleeping soundly.

Ji Xiuyuan quietly opened his eyes and gazed at him attentively. Then he leaned down and kissed him gently on the nape of his neck.

———

The three-day holiday passed quickly, and when they returned to A City, Liang Ci was reluctant to let them go, and even asked Ji Xiuyuan to come back more often when he had the chance.

Liang Jin had already rolled his eyes countless times in his heart, every time he left home, his parents would not care about him, this double standard was too outrageous.

It was his mother who was the most caring, holding his hand and explaining everything. But even his mother didn't forget to tell him to work well, listen to his boss more and not to make him unhappy.

Liang Jin was really impressed by Ji Xiuyuan's charisma, it had only been a few days, but his parents seemed to have made up their minds about him.

Bah bah bah, what was determined, it was not choosing a son-in-law.

Back in City A, he took a day off.

The next day, at the National Central Academy of Fine Arts, the final painting was created.

This painting, entitled ‘Forbidden', is about the homosexual relationship between a talented scholar and a wolf demon. Set in the Wei, Jin, North and South dynasties, Liang Jin plays the role of a scholar from a powerful family who does not want to be a government official and wishes to remain in seclusion. He has a passion for music and is particularly good at the guqin. One night, while singing and playing his guqin, he attracts a wolf demon who is intoxicated by the music, and the two become close friends. The Wei and Jin dynasties are in turmoil and there are many disputes over power and influence. Even though he wanted to be a recluse, he had to take up an official position. As much as he hated the court, he loved his friendship with the wolf demon. Over time, the two men's affection for each other grew hot and pure. He eventually gave up his official position and went into seclusion with the wolf demon to live together in a monastic life.

During the Wei and Jin dynasties, the world was full of strange and unusual events. For example, Liu Ling often ran around naked after getting drunk; Ruan Ji wept bitterly as he raced through the streets; Pan Yue threw fruit in the streets; Wei Jie was so handsome that he became famous in the capital; and there was even the strange story of the male empress Han Zigao.

Against such a background, the painting intended to convey a spirit of openness, tolerance and diversity of culture, and to show the strong and open emotions of the time.

After many discussions, the team decided on the most daring way of expression: directly depicting the love between the talented scholar and the wolf demon, in order to show the unique emotion of breaking the boundaries of convention, ethics and race.

In the dressing room, it was again Xu Xin who was styling Liang Jin.

Xu Xin asked curiously, "It is said that the scale this time is particularly big, are you excited?"

Liang Jin said, "What's there to be excited about, the person I'm working with is a man."

Xu Xin rightfully said, "As long as their face looks good, does it matter if they are a man or a woman?"

Liang Jin: ......

After changing into his clothes and arriving at the studio, Liang Jin saw that the set was a quiet room.

The main tone of the entire set was clean and light coloured, and on the wooden floor there was a desk with a guqin on it.

Liang Jin was dressed in white with elegant clothes. His hair was loosely tied back, with a few strands hanging down. His face was like a crown, and he was surrounded by an air of elegance.

He sat cross-legged in front of the guqin, making people marvel at him: what a handsome and talented young man!

Ji Xiuyuan stared at him with deep eyes, and Liang Jin felt that those eyes were terribly hot.

Ji Xiuyuan sat down next to him and asked, "Are you ready?"

Liang Jin was puzzled, "Didn't you say that I need to work with a human this time? Where is he?"

"It's mainly you. According to the scripted body position, you sit on top of him and cover him up completely." Ji Xiuyuan plucked the strings of the guqin, "Therefore, there is no need for other people, I will do it."

The sound of the guqin sounded, and it was like a string broke inside Liang Jin's head: "You mean, me and you??"

Ji Xiuyuan smiled, "What? Are you not satisfied?"

“N-n-n-no!" Liang Jin hastily denied, "I'm... very satisfied! It's just a bit of a surprise."

Ji Xiuyuan whispered in his ears, "Don't be nervous, there will be no one else in the room later."

Liang Jin nodded, but his brain was still a mess. If it was someone else, he would have been confident that he could handle it, no matter what. But with Ji Shen, Liang Jin swallowed his mouthful of saliva, he didn't know just how big the scale would be, and if it was like before and he inexplicably started bleeding, it would be humiliating!!!

When the room was cleared, apart from the two men, only the photographer remained.

Ji Xiuyuan sat behind Liang Jin and gently wrapped his hands around his waist: “Xiao Jin, move back a little and come closer to me."

Liang Jin's body tensed up and straightened: "I'm already very close."

Ji Xiuyuan smiled lightly, "How about this, turn around."

Liang Jin was facing the guqin, and Ji Xiuyuan hugged him as he sat behind him. Once he turned him around, the two were facing each other.

With a gentle expression, Ji Xiuyuan said, "Now, sit on my lap."
