The person who came in and attacked was caught, but Bai Jintang's face was still very ugly.

Zhan Zhao had left his phone on just now, so Qin Ou on the other end had heard the explosion, and Zhan Zhao asked him for the exact address.

Nowadays, the bomb squad has become a collaborative department. Basically, they dismantle bombs as well as support other teams in their investigations and provide professional assistance.

The leader of the current bomb squad was called Chen Mi. Although he works in the same police station, Bai Yutang had never worked with him before.

When the car arrived outside the yellow line and stopped, the door opened and a tall, thin man in his thirties got out and took off his sunglasses. He was wearing a bomb-proof suit and had a rather mean-looking face. Bai Yutang had heard that many people say that Chen Mi is difficult to get along with.

"Captain Bai?"

Chen Mi was a little surprised to see Bai Yutang. He was followed by three other police officers who came out behind him and they crossed the yellow line to meet Bai Yutang.

After looking around and seeing that no one was around, Zhan Zhao took his phone out and flipped through it. After finding the picture of Zhao Jue, he handed it to Qin Ou and asked, "Do you know him?"

Qin Ou took the phone and looked at it, saying, "Yes, I do."

"You know him?" Zhan Zhao had a bad feeling all of a sudden, "How do you know him? Does he know you too?"

Qin Ou thought about it and said, "Not too well. Two years ago, there was a building fire in S City, a big fire, and he anxiously told me that there was a child inside. I hesitated for a moment as to whether I should go and get a protective suit, but he yelled at me. I ran straight in wearing my normal uniform, and when I ran out, there was a gas explosion. Zhan Zhao also looked at Qin Ou, "You're coming too, right?"

Qin Ou nodded and the car left.

Zhan Zhao looked at Bai Yutang – Huh? Don't they say Chen Mi is difficult to get along with? He's quite friendly.

Bai Yutang, on the other hand, was a bit puzzled – Chen Mi was quick to change his face.

At that moment, they heard Yang Fan mutter in a low voice, "Hypocrite!"

"Hmm?" Zhan Zhao looked at him.

Yang Fan didn't say anything else and looked up at Qin Ou, "Have you taken your medicine yet?"

Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang asked, "Medicine?"

Chen Yu and old man Chen got into Zhao Hu's car, and Qin Ou and Yang Fan followed Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang… and they drove off together.

Yang Fan looked at Bai Yutang's car and asked, "Is SCI treated this well?"

Bai Yutang raised an eyebrow, "Ancestral property."

"Oh." Yang Fan nodded. Zhan Zhao felt that Yang Fan was, in some ways, a bit like Gongsun, and quite likeable.

"Achoo…"

At home, Gongsun was wrapped in a blanket. Sneezing, he hunkered down on the big sofa, nestled against Lisbon's furry back.

Bai Jintang brought him a glass of water and medicine.

Gongsun still felt dizzy, so he took the medicine with the glass of water.
