The helicopter slowly descended and landed on Leonard’s yacht. Luo Tian first escorted Benjamin down, then Zhao Zhen and Zhan Zhao helped Bai Yutang down. Although Bai Yutang wanted to walk on his own, it was difficult for him as he was still numb from the electric shocks. Gongsun and Zhan Zhao helped him and brought him back to his room.

Fortunately, Leonard had brought a private doctor with him and he checked Bai Yutang. The doctor said that the electric shocks caused burden on some of his organs, so it would be uncomfortable for a while. However, since Bai Yutang was in very good physical condition, a day or two of rest should be enough to heal.

When Bai Jintang heard that Bai Yutang had been electrocuted, his face paled with anger. He grabbed Benjamin and said that he was going to torture him to death. Everyone tried to persuade him not to as he was an important witness and couldn’t die. Looking at Benjamin again, his situation was already bad enough; Zhan Zhao’s dream hypnosis almost killed him and he was still muddled.

In fact, both the SCI members and the twins gritted their teeth with irritation. However, the case must be investigated, so they had to lock Benjamin in the room first and wait for the interrogation.

Leonard ordered the yacht to go back, and this time, they came back with good results. Although Bai Yutang was captured, he was able to figure out all of the ins and outs of this incident. WOLF’s stronghold was also discovered. The next step was to figure out how to clean up WOLF.

Before the yacht docked, Zhan Zhao and the others took Bai Yutang and flew back to the villa. After the rest of SCI arrived at the dock, they escorted Benjamin back with the assistance of Ouyang Chun and Mason.

“Don’t move!” Zhan Zhao looked fiercely at Bai Yutang who was laying down on the bed. “The doctor said that you have to lie down for at least two days!”

Bai Yutang looked up at Zhan Zhao helplessly, “Cat, I’m fine.”

“This won’t do.” Zhan Zhao continued to stare at him, “I will bring you anything you want, so stay in bed!”

Bai Yutang couldn’t laugh or cry, “You will help me even when I need to go to the bathroom?”

Zhan Zhao viciously picked up a cup and poured hot water into Bai Yutang’s mouth, “The doctor said you need to drink lots of water!”

After he tossed and turned for a while, Bai Yutang finally fell asleep, so Zhan Zhao left the room. A group of SCI members stood eagerly waiting at the door. Seeing Zhan Zhao come out, they all asked “How is Captain?”

“He’s okay.” Zhan Zhao waved to them, “You can go back.”

Everyone knew that Bai Yutang has always been relatively strong and they are all accustomed to his superhuman existence. Only over this last day have they remembered that Bai Yutang was also a person made of flesh and blood. In other words, if the electric current was too strong or if they came too late, Bai Yutang may have died.

Thinking about that, everyone’s heart was still racing, especially Zhan Zhao’s. After sending everyone away, Zhan Zhao returned to Bai Yutang’s room. Lying on his bedside, Zhan Zhao stretched his hand out and gently traced the outline of Bai Yutang’s facial features. He suddenly thought, ‘Why is such a perfect person more accustomed to taking care of others rather than themself?’

Thinking about it, Zhan Zhao was a little unwilling to get up. He lifted the quilt covering Bai Yutang, got in, and laid down with his head on his shoulder. After looking at him for a while, Zhan Zhao whispered “Xiao Bai, I will be better to you in the future.”

With his eyes closed, the corner of Bai Yutang’s mouth slightly turned up. Under the quilt, his hand reached out, holding the hand that Zhan Zhao had placed on his chest.

Bai Jintang, who wanted to enter the room to take a look at his younger brother, saw that the two were quietly nestled together in a deep sleep through the crack of the door. He sighed softly and slowly retreated back down the hallway. He saw Gongsun standing in the hallway, looking at him curiously, as if asking why he didn’t go in. Bai Jintang smiled slightly at him. He leaned over and kissed his forehead before slowly pulling him away.

In the living room, Zhao Jue was sitting on the sofa, his expression still not very good.

Bai Chi, who had just had his foot stepped on inexplicably, was thinking that he had offended Zhao Jue in some way and he looked at him innocently. Zhao Zhen pulled Bai Chi into their room to check his injury. Taking off his shoes, Zhao Zhen examined Bai Chi’s foot carefully. He squeezed and touched his foot, then told the blushing Bai Chi, “It looks okay.”

“Why do you think Benjamin treated Brother like this?” Bai Chi pulled his foot back and asked Zhao Zhen puzzledly. “Benjamin really liked him, but yet he used such a cruel method to hurt him. I really can’t figure it out.”

“Heh…” Zhao Zhen laughed and stretched his hand out to lightly squeeze Bai Chi’s check. “Everyone in this world can say that they like someone, but how many people do you really like? It’s like saying that everyone likes money, however, most people just want to have money, it’s not that they actually like the money itself.”

Bai Chi touched his chin, feeling that Zhao Zhen’s words seemed to make sense.

“Then… why did Zhao Jue say that he hates people with the surname Bai?” Bai Chi asked Zhao Zhen, “And why did he step on me?”

“Um… Probably because you are cute.” Zhao Zhen raised his eyebrows and leaned over to kiss Bai Chi.

“Ah!” Bai Chi was shocked, raising his hand to push Zhao Zhen back, “No kiss!”

Zhao Zhen held Bai Chi down and tried to take advantage of him, “When will you let me eat?”

Benjamin raised his head and saw Bai Yutang walk in. Bai Yutang had changed into a clean white shirt and was not showing any expression on his face at all, not even boredom; it was as if he was interrogating a regular prisoner.

Bai Yutang sat down at the table and looked up at Benjamin. He saw that his eyes were bloodshot and his body was covered in bandages. He was a bit surprised; Benjamin’s injuries were more serious than he expected.

Bai Yutang subconsciously turned his face and glanced at the door. Zhan Zhao, who was watching the interrogation from the monitoring room, curled his lips and said in his heart — ‘He was let off easy.’

“Can you tell me?” Bai Yutang asked Benjamin, “About WOLF.”

Benjamin stared at Bai Yutang for a while, then nodded, “You can ask.”

Bai Yutang stretched his hand out to open the folder in front of him. He took the sketch that Benjamin had previously identified as Karula and asked him “Who is this person?”

Benjamin glanced at the sketch and said “That’s Wolf.”

Bai Yutang frowned slightly and asked “Why was he in S City?”

“Ah…” Outside the room, Zhan Zhao nodded slightly. “I understand. In fact, TVA and WOLF were planning to fight in S City at first, but after testing the water, they realized that SCI was not weak.
